At Magnétique Levitation, your satisfaction is our priority.

We accept return requests within 30 days of receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with its accessories and packaging, as far as possible.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us quickly with your order number and product photos.

After receipt and verification of the return, the refund will be made on the original payment method, in accordance with the applicable bank deadlines.

Return costs may be borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or when the law provides otherwise.
